This summer is going to be a sporty one

Thanks to our central location between Leogang and Fieberbrunn, numerous activities in the region are at your feet starting right on our doorstep or just a few minutes' walk away. Hiking

The hike to the Wildseeloder is one of the most beautiful hikes in the greater Kitzbühel area and thanks to the cable car, makes the tour a popular family excursion. There are some summit climbs around the lake available for summiteers. From the Grand Chalet you can take the bus directly to the valley station of the Streuboden gondola, which will bring you to the starting point of the hike.

Biking

Did you know? The Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn region is the largest bike region in Austria! Over 70 kilometers of routes and trails as well as hundreds of kilometers of touring routes, all perfectly groomed with 9 summer mountain railways on 7 mountains! Fieberbrunn is the secret Mecca for e-bikers. They offer ranges of tours from leisurely on shady paths to demanding summit trips spread over 400 kilometers of cycling and mountain bike fun, across Fieberbrunn and the Pillerseetal.

Epic Bike Park

Europe's downhill bike scene takes place in the Epic Bike Park in Leogang. A challenge awaits you here for downhillers, free-riders and mountain bikers who just can't get enough adrenaline pumping through their veins. Let's go: take your bike, jump on the 8-seater Asitzbahn or 10-seater Steinbergbahn on the Asitz, and ride straight into the lines of the imposing bike park. Tip: warm up first in the 10,000 m2 Riders' Playground, then book a guide and learn the most important tips for shredding first hand.

Climbing

For climbers, the legendary Buchensteinwand is just around the corner behind the house. Rock sports enthusiasts get their money's worth in Pillerseetal with breathtaking climbing rocks, numerous via ferratas and climbing gardens begging to be conquered. The Steinplatte in Waidring also offers a true climbing paradise with over 100 sport climbing routes for both beginners and professionals. The Fieberbrunn and St. Ulrich via ferratas are an experience for the whole family, where even the little ones can climb beyond their limitations.

Rafting / Canyoning
